At Bénieller, we work in an honest and transparent manner to sell our customers superior quality products, made with textiles of maximum durability and performance. In case you receive a product(s) that does not exceed your expectations, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return the unworn product(s). You must comply with the parameters established in this Exchange and Return Policy in order for Bénieller to accept the return of the product(s) and proceed with the refund of your money.
Exchanges and Return Policy
1. In case you are not satisfied with the purchased product(s) from our online store, you agree to contact our customer service email info@benieller.com in a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which your product(s) was delivered.
2. You agree to return the unworn product(s) inside the cloth bag in which it has been packaged and without having removed, cut or destroyed any of the security labels that the products carry inside, such as price tag and plastic security label.
3. You must bear the freight costs of shipping the returned product(s).
4. You must send the product(s) back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product(s).
5. You must send the product(s) to Bénieller LLC, P.O. Box 18803, Atlanta, GA 31126.
6. At Bénieller, we will carefully review the returned product(s) and will notify our customers of the acceptance of the return by email within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product(s).
7. Once the acceptance of your return has been confirmed, we will refund the total amount you paid for the product when you made the purchase. The refund will be made to the same payment method with which you made the purchase.
8. Bénieller reserves the right to accept the return of worn, used, washed, altered, destroyed, modified, incomplete, without labels, etc. products.refunds and returns.
