Exchanges and Return Policy

At Bénieller, we operate with honesty and transparency, offering our customers superior-quality products made from textiles designed for maximum durability and performance. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the unworn item(s). All returns must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy for Bénieller to accept the return and process your refund.

Conditions for Returns

1. Contact Us First
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our customer service at info@benieller.com within 14 calendar days from the date your product(s) were delivered.
2. Product Condition
   Returned items must be unworn, in their original cloth bag, and include all security labels intact (such as price tags and plastic security seals). Do not remove, cut, or damage any labels.
3. Shipping Costs
   You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product(s).
4. Return Deadline
   The product(s) must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
5. Return Address
   After you contact us and receive an approval email, you must send the product(s) to the physical address specified in that email.
6. Inspection and Notification
   Bénieller will carefully inspect the returned product(s) and notify you by email within 14 days of receiving them whether your return has been accepted.
7. Refund Process
   Once your return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the product(s) to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
8. Right to Refuse
   Bénieller reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, modified, incomplete, or missing labels.
